Javeria Khan is a former Pakistani cricketer who represented her country as an all-rounder. She performed as a right-handed batter and utilized right-arm off break bowling during her professional career.
Early life and education
Javeria Khan was born on 14 May 1988 in Karachi. While her specific educational background is not detailed, she grew up in the city where she later played domestic cricket. She represented Karachi at the domestic level during her career.
Career
Khan began her international journey when she made her one-day debut against Sri Lanka on 6 May 2008. She played for Pakistan from 2008 until 2023. During her domestic tenure, she competed for Karachi and Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited.
The year 2018 marked a significant period in her professional life. She was selected for the Pakistan squad for the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament held in the West Indies. After Bismah Maroof stepped down from her position, Khan was named captain of the side later that same month. She was recognized as one of the players to watch before the tournament began. During those four matches, she scored 136 runs and became the leading run-scorer for Pakistan.

On 21 March 2024, Khan announced her retirement from international cricket.
