Ayeza Khan is a prominent Pakistani actress and model working in Urdu television. She has established herself as one of the leading television actresses in the country. Media reports frequently describe her as one of the nation's highest-paid actresses.

Early life and education

Born Kanza Khan on 15 January 1991, she grew up in Karachi, Sindh. She has one brother and one sister. During her school years, she participated in the Pantene Shine Princess contest. This competition resulted in her becoming the first runner-up.

Khan attended the Newports Institute of Communications and Economics. While in college, she accepted increasing numbers of modeling offers. She eventually decided to shift her focus toward showbiz instead of continuing her formal studies.

Career

Her professional journey began with modeling for various Pakistani magazines and a telecom advertisement. She made her acting debut in the 2009 Ramadan comedy series Tum Jo Miley on Hum TV. This production featured a supporting role opposite Fahad Mustafa. In 2010, she secured a lead role in the spiritual series Pul Sirat.

She gained further recognition in 2011 when she played a leading role in the Geo Entertainment romantic drama Tootay Huway Per. This soap opera featured Mohib Mirza and Anoushay Abbasi. Khan's career reached new heights in 2014 through her performance as Farah in Pyarey Afzal. She earned a Lux Style Award for this role.

After taking a brief hiatus following her marriage, she returned to the industry in 2016 with Tum Kon Piya. She continued her success with roles in Koi Chand Rakh and the family betrayal series Yaariyan. In 2019, she portrayed the character Mehwish in the romantic melodrama Meray Paas Tum Ho. Personal life

Khan married actor Danish Taimoor in 2014. The couple shared that they had been in a relationship since 2006. Taimoor mentioned in 2020 that they originally met on a social networking site. They have two children, a daughter born in 2015 and a son born in 2017.

As of 2024, she has enrolled at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London. This move allows her to study theatre formally. She serves as a brand ambassador for several products including Himalaya, Dabur, Harpic and Lifebuoy.
