Ayub Khoso was born in 1959. He is the son of a Baloch father and a Pashtun mother. His birthplace is reported as Khuzdar, Balochistan, though other sources list Jafarabad District. He is an ethnic Baloch by caste.
Khoso attended the University of Balochistan. He graduated from this institution to further his academic background. He possesses impressive linguistic skills. He is fluent in Balochi, Pashto, Brahui, Sindhi, Urdu and English.
Career
The actor begins his journey in acting during his school years. He transitions into a professional actor in 1984. His debut television appearance occurs in the drama Chhaon. This production is telecast from the PTV Quetta Centre.

He loses the seat to Firdous Naqvi of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
