Former Chief Justice of Sindh High
Justice (R) Shaiq Usmani is the former Naval Officer and also served as Chief Justice of Sindh High Court. He is also currently in the Board of Directors of Fazaldad Human Rights Institute. He has also drafted a brief law within the framework of the Quran asking for the testimony of four witnesses before Zina could be taken up as a crime. He took a voluntarily retirement from the post of Cheif Justice in 1999. He has been actively involved in human & women rights.
