Farhan Aslam is one of Britain’s most talented and in demand British Pakistani TV personality and journalist.He is currently working as Managing Director, Takbeer TV UK(Sky Channel 845). He is an ardent lover of hard work and his passionate dedication to his work has enabled him to lay solid foundations in all forms of media: Print, Radio and Television.
During his 22 years affair with Electronic and Print Media he had the opportunity to work with big names like Pakistan Television, Radio Pakistan, ARY Digital Network, London, ARY Radio UK, Sunrise TV and Radio UK, Asia 1 TV UK, FM100 Islamabad, Daily Ausaf London and Channel 5.
So far,Farhan Aslam has presented more then 3000 live shows (Religious, Entertainment and current affairs shows) on TV and Radio and has written more then 1500 articles in different newspapers around the world.
Career
Farhan Aslam started his journalistic carrier as Editor News with Radio Harmony, UK. He later starts doing Sham-e-Ghazal with Radio Harmony which was his first Radio Program. In 1993, he moved to the largest Asian Radio Station of UK, Sunrise Radio as Presenter and Commercial Producer.
Who started a love affair with a real radio listeners from Pakistan in 1995 when he joined FM 100 in Islamabad after his return from the United Kingdom. The building blocks of his hard work and continued his biggest break any young person to dream: to be set in the morning show LIVE “Roshan Pakistan” in a PTV television mainstream in Pakistan. In 2000 Farhan Aslam moved back to UK and joined ARY Digital as senior News Editor and Presenter. He presented various entertainment and current affairs Program including ARY Digital’s first ever breakfast show “Pehla Pehar” which was noted and acknowledged by the European Viewers due to Excellent Urdu Language ,good humor and high profile guests from all walks of life and mature handling of sensitive issues .His interest in History, Journalism, Literature and Bollywood makes a unique combination of a personality which enables him to provide, information, education and debate while keeping his viewers thoroughly entertained and interested.

His Journalistic Maturity came into light when launched Daily Ausaf London and Pakistan Today as Editor. While working for Daily Ausaf London he visited Iraq during the Gulf War II and worked as an embedded Journalist with British Army. He considers that to be the most adventurous part of his Journalistic carrier. His first attempt to break the ice in British Pakistani Journalism was his weekly magazine “HumWatan”. Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto ,Mr. Mushaid Hussain Syed, Mr. Imran Khan and Lft.Gen(R) Hameed Gull use to be regular contributors for his Magazine.
He also worked as Global Head of News and Current affairs DM Digital TV Network,UK, Senior Producer of ARY Digital Pakistan,Head of Urdu Programs Sunrise TV and Director Current Affairs Channel 5 Pakistan.
At his each carrier move all his audience and viewers are taken aback but he soon re-appear making best use of his talent and ability to further his carrier .So far he has very successfully delivered according to the expectations of the audience .
